Sure I don’t “like it”, but I literally couldn’t care less, because Local coop on PC has sucked almost every single time I’ve tried it.

It’s a lose-lose for them unless they want to delay further to spend the time getting it all working, which clearly they’ve decided to cut it at least for the time-being. It’s funny, because I know if they decided to put local coop on the PC version, and it was clunky, I’d be seeing the same bitchy comments about how it’s super buggy and controllers don’t work so “why implement something if you aren’t going to support it?”

It’s not the same code for peripherals because it’s a completely different peripheral setup you’re dealing with to get that all to work seamlessly, and it’s so rarely used, clearly they’ve deemed it unnecessary for the initial release. It was “kind of” working, like I could pause and like… shoot one portal, but it wasn’t working completely, and so I figured the game was detecting the controller in some way, but anyways… weird situation but that’s my point.
