For some of the customization options such as adding numbers and player names, you will be able to enter it in a text box that appears when you select to add those options, or you will also be able to reply to your order confirmation email after you checkout and provide us with that information. If you do, you'll be able to add all of your customization details on the product page as you go and choose the options that you want.
